Shannon H.

Breeder of Labrador Retrievers

Meet the breeder

I'm Shannon H., the breeder behind Owl Hill Labradors located in Hershey, PA. We work hard to produce healthy, well-rounded English Labrador puppies. We are dedicated to always providing our buyers and our puppies with a positive experience, which includes remaining committed to responsible practices when it comes to breeding, training, and rehoming our puppies.

Q. & A. with Shannon

  • Why did you start breeding?

I have been a veterinary technician fo 24 years and have seen good and bad labradors, some have been bad from poor breeding, some from circumstances. I so love the "true" Labrador, happy, carefree, loving, and biddable and want to produce this kind of Labrador. I also focus on health, making sure your puppy is the healthiest pup, with no issues to overcome.
  • What makes your program special?

We commit ourselves towards preparing each one of our puppies to thrive in their new homes, and we enjoy working with their new families so that they can raise their beloved companions with confidence! We want you to love and enjoy your Labrador as much as we do at Owl Hill.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies are yellow. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

They live in my home and guardian homes.
