



I'm Keith H., the breeder behind OzLand Labrador Retrievers located in Glen Burnie, MD. We’re devoted to ensuring there are healthy puppies for others to enjoy and we do so by responsibly growing this incredible breed. We have developed several protocols to ensure the health and well-being of all of our dogs. Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

“The price includes AKC registration, first round of vaccinations, deworming, puppy socialization, and puppy go home kit. All puppies are the same price regardless of color or gender. Deposits may be refunded if there is an insufficient number of puppies to fill gender or color requests.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Bred from hunting champion lines, Wedge has led a very success life as a Medical Alert dog and has earned his NACSW Elite Champion nosework title, as well as his AKC ScentWork Excellent title and Scentwork Masters Exterior title. He has a great energy dial, so he can relax while vegging in front of the TV and ramp up to go play in the yard. Wedge’s genetic and physical health checks are checked-in to the OFA.org database.

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
PRA, Rod-Cone Degeneration (PRA-prcd), Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC), Centronuclear Myopathy (CNM), D Locus (Dilute) DNA test
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
