Why did you start breeding?
Paislee’s intelligence, devotion, and versatility sparked my passion for preserving the English Shepherd breed. Watching her excel in every challenge—whether working, playing, or simply being a loyal companion—inspired me to begin breeding. Through her, I learned the value of raising confident, capable, and heartfelt dogs.
What makes your program special?
What makes Paislee Rose English Shepherds special is our dedication to raising confident, versatile dogs who truly embody the breed’s purpose. Each puppy is thoughtfully bred, lovingly raised in our home, and carefully socialized to grow into loyal companions, capable partners, and well-rounded family members.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include tri-colored, black and white, and sable and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Madi

Madi has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $500 - $1,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Each puppy comes with their first set of shots, a vet check, and a fun goodie bag. Crate and potty training are started early to help them adjust smoothly and confidently to their new homes. All of our puppies are priced the same, regardless of color, gender, or size. Each puppy is valued equally for their temperament, health, and potential as a loving, capable companion.”

Contract & health guarantee

Madi may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Madi offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to Madi directly.

Promise displays excellent social awareness, sensitivity to her handler, and a steady work ethic across a variety of disciplines, including dock diving and barn hunt. She possesses a strong desire to engage and connect, both with people and with other dogs, demonstrating the intuitive and nurturing qualities the breed is known for. Her playful spirit and sound temperament make her a joy to live and work with, while her natural biddability and stable demeanor reflect the versatility and dependability of a true English Shepherd. Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Vet Wellness Exam
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
