I'm Barbara B., the breeder behind Palaquin located in Illinois. We are members in good standing with the American Shih Tzu Club, and fervently believe in the whole dog and the dog's life, not the immediate gratification of a dog's show win. Every person has a passion, in their hearts and in their souls. Our passion is our Shih Tzu.
