I'm Pamela J., the breeder behind Pam’s Sheepadoodle’s located in Hollywood, SC. I cherish each of my dogs and puppies, and do everything I can to make sure they get the best lives possible. That includes choosing healthy parents with good temperaments, proper socialization and daily care, and placing them in loving homes with wonderful families. I want the best for my puppies.
Q. & A. with Pamela
Why did you start breeding?
In the '70s and 80's I bred Cocker Spaniels because I loved the breed. Because of a disability, I met Doodlebug my Sheepadoodle who has a great temperament and willingness to visit anyone including nursing homes, With her love for all aged people, I wanted to get back into breeding. I breed for quality Pups.
What makes your program special?
DNA Health tests on every bitch and or stud I have used or will use. I currently offer Trupanion pet insurance free for 30 days. All puppies get a DNA Health test regardless of their parents having had the test. It's important to know each pup's health. Puppies will inherit different DNA from Parents and Grandparents, in each litter. I use EmbarkVet for DNA Testing and a Veterinarian for shots/worming and checkups.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our Poodle puppies are standard size. Sheepadoodle puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Poodle puppies include apricot and parti. Sheepadoodle puppies are fawn and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
