Q. & A. with Pamela

  • Why did you start breeding?

I have always loved animals and enjoy the company of the dogs. It is just one of those strong desires a person has if they truly love caring for their dogs. I feel it is just a part of me and don’t know what I would do without them. Over the years I have learned a lot about breeding along with what to watch and look for to breed a nice quality dog .
  • What makes your program special?

My experience in raising puppies, and having a watchful eye on them as they grow is strong in knowing what to look for and avoiding complications that can occur. Every day, several times each day the puppies are evaluated and pampered
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our Shih Tzu puppies include red and white, gold and white, and black and white. Maltese puppies include white and white and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

My experience with Pam was so much fun! Once I found Pam on GoodDod she kept in regular contact with me until I picked a puppy that I wanted and then she would send me updates on my puppy almost daily. At first I just couldn’t make up my mind on which puppy I wanted as they were all so adorable! Pam was so patient with me. She is not only patient but she is extremely knowledgeable about Maltese and professional! I throughly enjoyed my experience with Pam and was so pleased with my puppy as she is beautiful and extremely smart that I have just adopted another Maltese puppy from Pam! The second time was just as great as the first time!!

We adore our girl Pearl. She is smart, funny and the best snuggler. Potty training is coming along as expected. Pearl has a bell by the door that she rings when she has to go outside. She rings the bell often, knowing she gets a treat. New rule is - no treat unless she actually potties outside. She is a smarty! Today is her first trip to the vet to get her second round of puppy shots.

Sammy loves his new home with me. He explores his backyard every day. He got to chase a squirrel today. Sammy likes walking around the neighborhood on his leash. He gets a little scared when he sees a stranger but he is getting over it. He is a real sweet puppy who is very attached to me. He sleeps on my bed every night. He wouldn't eat his Fromm puppy food so I have to spice it up with a little shredded chicken. Sammy is a wonderful little companion.
