I'm Merrie S., the breeder behind Panache Pomeranians located in New Port Richey, FL. I love my Poms, they are a part of the family. I am dedicated to making sure my adults are evaluated and tested so they only produce healthy, quality puppies. Then these puppies can go to their forever homes healthy and well adjusted.
Q. & A. with Merrie
Why did you start breeding?
I fell in love with Pomeranians in 2018. Their energy, vivacious character and loyalty had me sold. I got my first girl in that year at 3 months old. I later found that Poms can have some health issues. I knew I had to do my part to help rid the breed of them. I have found many like minded breeders to work with. We all agree that health comes first in our programs.
What makes your program special?
Health, testing and evaluation is most important when it comes to my dogs and their offspring. My breeding adults are genetically tested and have hips and knees evaluated by my veterinarian.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
