Rain and Mellon got their second set of shots on Monday and then visited my office. He goes to his forever home on Saturday 😊

Our babies get a haircut every week, starting at 5 weeks. This includes feet, paw pads, face, ears , and sanitary trim. The rest of their puppy coat is allowed to grow. We do brush them with grooming spray several times per week and bathe them with a gentle puppy shampoo and conditioner at least once per week. They get a little nail trim every second or third day depending on how sharp their little nails are getting. :)

As our babies get older, I'm giving them some one on one and two on one time with mama Raven. This is Mellon, who is still waiting for his perfect family to find him, but shows how Raven gently encouraged her babies to interact and play with another dog. The background sounds are me talking with my daughter about how much Raven loves and has loved puppies over the years.

The babies are 4 weeks old tonight and I just wanted to show their pen setup progress. They're getting the hang of potty training and using their bed correctly 👍

We had an amazing experience with Melissa! From the very beginning she communicated clearly and promptly, always keeping us in the loop. We loved having live camera access to watch our puppy grow and develop before coming home — it made the wait so special. She also went above and beyond in starting early training and socialization. By the time we picked up Ozzi, he already had a wonderful foundation, was comfortable with his crate, and was well on his way to being potty trained. It’s clear she truly cares about her puppies and the families they go to. We’re so grateful for the care and dedication she put into Ozzi’s first weeks — it’s made the transition into our home so much smoother. Highly recommend!

Melissa was great to work with! She gave regular updates from the time we put down a deposit until our scheduled pick up day (after our pup reached 8 weeks old). The pick up went well and Melissa had everything ready to go. We have had our new puppy for about a week now and things are going well. I can tell that she had been working with him on impulse control and pottying outside. Thanks Melissa!
Health testing is one key piece of responsible breeding and is performed on breeding dogs to prevent the presence of heritable conditions in their puppies.
