I'm Aura A., the breeder behind Paragon Petz located in Oroville, CA. Our dogs are our passion, and we can't imagine spending our lives without them. We are dedicated to achieving excellence and healthy family pets, and we love to raise puppies and prepare them for their forever homes.

Why did you start breeding?
Pet therapy brought me into breeding first Bichon Frise, then Shih Tzus. My love for the adorable Shih Tzu breed grew more and more as I got to see my beloved pets provide therapy for others.What makes your program special?
My years as a pet therapy host, animal husbandry educator, and my dedication to making sure that my pups are raised in a family-friendly envirorment are just some of the special things about my breeding program. I have always desensitized my pups to grooming from a very young age and started them out with a healthy upbringing before adopting out to families.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Aura
Aura has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
"Price includes older pups being fully vaccinated with DHPP, Rabies and having been administered heartworm preventative. Pups are desensitized to grooming from 2 weeks old, raised indoors and social. My deposits are non-refundable, but can always be transfered to another litter. This prevents the wishy-washy looky loos from not being committed to adopting. Been breeding long enough to know better."
