I'm Josie W., the breeder behind Patchwork Pups located in Lehighton, PA. I am a small, home-based breeder. My puppies are well socialized, well-loved, and spoiled by my children, grandchildren, and me! My dogs are bred with purpose and a plan. I don’t just put two dogs together and hope for the best. I strive for great personalities. I want my puppies to be up to breed standard and have personalities that get along with people of all ages. I offer support to my puppy families for a lifetime.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I have been breeding dogs with my dad since I was a little girl. When I got married and had children, I didn’t breed. Once my kids were older, I started again. I enjoy my dogs and their babies!

  • What makes your program special?

    My dogs are in my home and are pets first! I’m available to my puppy families whenever they need me. I study pedigree, health, breed standard, temperament, and complimenting traits prior to breeding two dogs to ensure quality pups. It would be my pleasure to introduce you to your next Shih Tzu puppy!

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include black and gold. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and guardian homes.

Puppy prices include a $500 refundable deposit and $2,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
