We love to responsibly raise and train our puppies so they have the tools to be well-rounded, beloved family members. We are a simple, family-run breeding program offering loving and loyal companions to others. We focus on quality care and health with each litter we raise.

Getting a puppy from Patricia

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Patricia partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,300 - $2,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

    Every day for several weeks my wife & I had been eagerly looking to adopt a Shih Tzu pup, but it was important to us that we found someone who was ethical and reputable, so when we found Pat we felt like we won the lottery. She is very knowledgeable and adores her dogs, which not means that they are super healthy and well loved, but that it’s just as important to her that they go to the right home. She will walk you through everything, make recommendations (food, playpen, etc.), and have all the paperwork containing your dogs information well organize at pick up - making it a smooth process. It’s only been a week since we’ve brought our puppy home and we couldn’t be happier. He’s such a sweet boy that is playful, curious, and incredibly smart. These are traits I have no doubt her other dogs exhibit because she takes the best care of them and you can’t go wrong by going through her, whom we highly recommend.
