I'm Kathryn Y., the breeder behind Paws4PetsMO located in Butler County, MO. We've been breeding lovable Toy Poodles for 30+ years. We focus on making the transition from our home to yours as easy as possible! We devote our time, energy, and efforts to each litter to ensure our puppies are properly socialized from the moment they are born and prepared to excel in their forever homes.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    Responsible, ethical breeders play an important role in the future of the dog ecosystem. We are guardians for the future Toy Poodles. Our goal is to breed quality puppies and preserve the line of these incredible companions.
  • What makes your program special?

    At Paws4PetsMO, we produce excellent companions. We understand the importance of dog health, temperament, and structure, and every breeding decision is made accordingly. We are also constantly improving our breeding program and work closely within the Poodle community to do so.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are toy size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include apricot, black, cream, silver, parti, and brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Kathryn

Kathryn has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $1,500 - $2,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes tails, dew claws, 1 yr genetic health guarantee, vet check, doggy go bag and chosen registration. All transportation expenses are solely buyer's expense. Deposit is non- refundable. Individual cases MAY be revised at breeder discretion. Deposit is applied to total price of selected puppy with balance due at pick up or BEFORE transport.”

Contract & health guarantee

Kathryn may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
