I'm Jordan E., the breeder behind Peace Love and Doxies located in Weiser, ID. Our female, Betsy, is a beautiful Black and Tan Dapple female. Dougie is our handsome Chocolate Piebald male. Both have wonderful temperaments and are so loved. Betsy comes from an amazing breeder in Middleton, Doodle Doxie, and Dougie comes from an amazing breeder in Nampa, Central Bark Doxies.

Why did you start breeding?
I got into breeding Dachshunds through a lifelong love of the breed that grew stronger while raising my own family. As a teacher and mom, I wanted to combine my passion for caring, learning, and nurturing into something meaningful. Starting with our first Dachshunds, I fell in love with sharing their joy, personalities, and companionship with others, and it naturally grew from there.
What makes your program special?
What makes our breeding program special is the way our puppies are raised as true family members from day one. With a teacher’s heart, a mom’s care, and a deep love for Dachshunds, we focus on health, temperament, and early socialization. Our puppies grow up in a busy, loving home with kids, play, and attention, helping them become confident, happy companions ready for their forever families.
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat types in your program?
Our puppies have longhaired coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are dapple. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

Getting a puppy from Jordan

Jordan has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Jordan partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“Once buyers are screened and approved, puppies will be placed based on buyers interests and color and gender choice.”

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,500 - $3,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes the health guarantee, AKC registration, deworming, first round of vaccinations and puppy socialization. If buyer intends to breed the puppy there is a $500 breeding rights fee. Deposits are non-refundable, and will hold a specific puppy.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
