I'm Sarah B., the breeder behind Peppadew Clumber Spaniels located in Dallas, OR. We breed to preserve and promote the amazing Clumber Spaniel. Peppadew is focused on assuring the quality of these wonderful dogs for the long haul. We believe that Clumbers are family dogs and should always live in the house. It is only through very careful and purposeful breeding that the Clumber will survive.

Why did you start breeding?
I've been involved with dogs for over four decades. I had always been interested in breeding, but knew enough to know that you have to choose a good foundation. I waited until I had the "total package" dog - of temperament, personality, health, breed characteristics, and conformation.What makes your program special?
We only produce a litter, on average, every three years. Because we do so few litters, we are very picky in our decision of who to breed, and the results of those decisions are seen in the quality of our puppies. Over 75% of our puppies are Champions and each litter has puppies who have won multiple group placements. They are also hunters, service dogs, family dogs, and compete in obedience.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
