I'm Jennifer G., the breeder behind Persimmon Creek Farm located in Robertsdale, AL. Pearl, my Australian Shepherd, is the most intelligent dog I have ever owned. I am constantly amazed at how quickly she learns. We are dedicated to sharing the joys of owning an Australian Shepherd with other families.
Q. & A. with Jennifer
Why did you start breeding?
I absolutely love Australian Shepherds. They are so smart! I am amazed how easy they are to train. Once Pearl figures out what you want, she is eager to please. Australian Shepherds are loving, loyal companions and bring so much joy to our home.
What makes your program special?
We only have one litter a year and the puppies are raised inside our home. Our puppies are exposed to new toys, sounds and experiences often. They are allowed to play outside, dig holes and splash in the water! They are also exposed to goats, chickens and cats. My children love playing with them every day. They are part of our family until they move on to their forever home.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include blue merle and black tri-color. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
