Ch. Gemchugina Dalen Valensio “Valek” is an International Champion Russian Salon Dog imported from Gemchugina Kennel in Tula, Russia. He comes from exceptional FCI and RKF Champion parents, with a pedigree that connects directly to the breed’s founders and developers. Valek combines excellent structure and breed type with a warm, easygoing temperament. He is affectionate, intelligent, and steady — qualities that make him not only a remarkable show dog but also a devoted family companion.

The Russian Salon Dog, sometimes referred to as "Mermaids" or "Sirens" is a purebred dog breed originating in Russia in 1995. The breed was developed by an RKF dog show judge and zootechnician named Yulia Lakatosh. The purpose for the breed was to have an even-tempered lap dog with a beautiful and sunny appearance that is a true lap dog that does well in all size homes as well in families or single households. In the beginning, there were only two colors that were developed: Red and Cream. Over time other colors were developed. An example of these are black, brown, brown and white, black and white, marbled and other colors. Genetically speaking, Red Russian Salon Dogs fall into the Sable color family and Creams fall into the Recessive Red color family. Many Red RSD can look like they may be Creams. The Russian Salon Dog quickly grew in popularity and are now located in countries outside of Russia where they participate in conformation, have breeding programs and litters registered. They are located in various European Countries as well as the United States. The Russian Kennel Foundation (RKF) recognized the breed officially in 2013. They are shown under FCI in group 11 and have competed at the 2024 World Dog Show. Russian Salon Dogs are not yet recognized by the AKC, but the Russian Salon Dog Club of America is working to meet the requirements and are hopeful that in a few years they may enter the FSS Class. Until then, you can find Russian Salon Dogs at International All Breed Kennel Association (IABCA) shows in the Southeast and soon on the West Coast.

Mickey is the largest male that we have, and he is a very affectionate boy who is equally well behaved. He is a stunning blue, tan and white color and is retired from breeding other than a select few that we plan. He resides with us at our home and is a wonderful pet that we cherish greatly.

Queenie is a Russian Salon Dog imported from Gemchugina Kennel in Tula Russia. She comes from excellent lines originating to the creator and developers of the breed. She has an excellent disposition and structure. She will start her show career this year with IABCA. She is a the color Red.

Aurora has a true silk drop coat. She is 4.5 pounds and nicely structured. She has an off square body shape and gorgeous dark round eyes.

Paris is an AKC Champion and was bred in The USA. His father is a Ukrainian Champion. Paris took to the ring with ease and according to our fabulous handler Kate, he thinks everyone is at the show to see him. He won his Ch. title July 17, 2022. He has a very petit square body and is my smallest male Biewer. He has very dark eyes.

Chucky is a stunning Black Gold White Biewer Terrier. He has a knock out Gold and White head and an excellent body shape not being very long and great structure. His CHIC is pending.

Champion Bibi Fiery (Foxxy)was bred by my friend and breeder Anna Dyma in Ukraine. She has been in the US since May of 2021. I imported her with the intention of showing her and from day one with me I knew she would be an excellent show dog.
