Meet the breeder

I'm Hayley P., the breeder behind Phantom Border Collies located in Decatur, AL. Puppies will come started with litter training, crate training, and all the needed socialization to become a confident happy dog! They will also come with a lifetime of support and advice from a trainer! Our parent dogs are carefully selected and paired based on temperament. They WILL NOT automatically come with breeding rights, that must be discussed!

Q. & A. with Hayley

  • Why did you start breeding?

My passion for the border collies is what made me want to produce puppies and help people.
  • What makes your program special?

I’m a small breeder, I do not produce many litters with my pups. My dogs are super loved and live inside with me. I feed high-quality food and focus all of my time and energy into making sure they have great lives!
  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

Our puppies have rough coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include tri-color, blue merle, red merle, black, brindle, gold, red, sable, white and red, and white and gold. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Hayley

Hayley has been certified by Good Dog's screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you're ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Hayley partners with buyers to find the best match as the puppies develop and their personalities take shape. Typically, matches are finalized when the puppies reach about 6 weeks old.

"We prefer to match a puppy’s temperament to the owner’s needs! However, the puppies should all excel with the same things and there is flexibility there. Matches are made based off the first person to place a deposit and then go down the list. We want you to be able to take part in choosing your forever puppy but want you to have all the information so we prefer to wait until their temperament shines through so that you can take that into account. Please message me with any questions you might have! "

Price

Puppy prices include a $300 non-refundable deposit and between $1,200 - $2,200 final payment, before taxes & fees.
Pay over time with Klarna.

"Does not come with breeding rights, that must be discussed! Deposit is placed when you choose a puppy. Puppies are not held until a deposit is placed unless discussed otherwise."

Contract & health guarantee

Hayley may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. If Hayley offers a contract or guarantee, the details will be personalized by them. If you have any questions or want to know more, don't hesitate to reach out to Hayley directly.
