I'm Debbie N., the breeder behind Pine & Palm Pomeranians & Poodles located in Floral City, FL. We are a small, family-centered breeding program raising healthy, well-adjusted puppies in our home. Our dogs are beloved family pets, and our puppies are loved and handled daily. We genetic test our breeding dogs and provide vet care for moms and babies. Cockapoos coming next year!

Why did you start breeding?
I began breeding as a young teenager. I was the kid borrowing every book about dogs she could find from the library. My first dog I bought was a Cocker Spaniel. My parents helped me begin my own breeding program which I ran successfully for many years. Throughout my adult life I have continued breeding with AKC as it has fit in my life. I have bred Chesapeake Bay Retrievers, Cocker Spaniels & Poms.What makes your program special?
Our Pomeranians are beloved family pets. We prioritize their health with quality food, exercise, coat care, DNA testing, and regular vet checks. Our puppies are raised in our home, closely watched, weighed daily, handled, and loved. Each receives a full vet check before going home. Our goal is to raise healthy, beautiful, well-bred puppies for families to love and enjoy.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include cream, black and tan, and chocolate merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
Getting a puppy from Debbie
Debbie has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Debbie partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“With your puppy purchase, your puppy will receive a complete veterinary exam, first round of vaccinations, and first round of deworming before going home. This deposit holds your puppy for you. The deposit is $500. This holds your puppy for you. It is part of the final total. It is a non-refundable fee.”

Hazel is a sweet tempered mellow little lady. She is a really good mommy and loves her babies so much. She loves her mama and wants to be everywhere I am. She is a faithful little follower who would love to cuddle on the couch as much as possible. Hazel has a beautiful black and tan coat and an adorable little face.

Tilly is a female Cockapoo. Carefully selected as a great representative of her breed, Debbie decided to make her part of their program. Debbie has passed Good Dog’s screening process, which involved a review of their breeding practices, environment, and the mental and physical health of their dogs.
