I'm Haley T., the breeder behind Pineywoods Pups located in Pollok, TX. It is our goal to produce healthy, well socialized puppies that meet all breed standards. Our Sire is a US Registered Service dog and our puppies are specifically bred for temperament. We hope to see lots of service animal prospects, show quality pups, and amazing companions from each litter!
Q. & A. with Haley
Why did you start breeding?
We are both huge dog lovers and our first dog together was an Aussie! We instantly fell in love with their energetic nature, attentiveness, and endless affection. We knew we wanted to be more involved with the breed someday. We recently moved back home to East Texas where we finally have enough space to add more to our family, including a Therapy Aussie, and hopefully add to yours as well!
What makes your program special?
Our pups are raised with so much love and hands on attention! They are socialized with many animals, people, and daily household objects and sounds. We believe that starting early helps each puppy to be less anxious and ready for their new family! We have one litter per year and are very intentional with our Sire and Dam choices in order to meet breed standards and produce future service animals!
What are the different breed sizes in your program?
Our Miniature Australian Shepherd puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Miniature Australian Shepherd puppies include red tri and red merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
