I'm Hank Z., the breeder behind Pistol Pups LLC located in Troup, TX. We are a simple, family-run breeding program offering loving and loyal companions to others. We focus on quality care and health with each litter we raise. All our fur babies are AKC registered, first shots, dewormed, have health check and spoiled as much as possible before going to their furever home.

Why did you start breeding?
With my wife’s extensive experience and her family’s willingness to answer our questions and concerns when ever necessary, as well as our love for this breed we decided to breed them. They bring so much joy to us, we love to share them with others.What makes your program special?
We are a small home raised breeder. Our dogs live in the house and spoiled as they should be. With the exception of health reasons or keeping puppies separate from the dogs for their safety, we rarely use kennels.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Hank
Hank has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $150 non-refundable deposit and between $1,600 - $1,700 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“We ask $1,750 for boys and $1,850 for girls. In order to hold your puppy, we ask for a small deposit with the balance paid at least 3 day before pickup.”
Contract & health guarantee
Hank may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Hank and Amy are so good with their puppies. It’s obvious how much they love them. Sparky came potty trained and well taken care of. He is a beautiful puppy with absolutely gorgeous colors and markings. My husband and I brought my mother to pick up Sparky. Hank and Amy were wonderful. They agreed to meet us half way and were so patient and kind about the visit. Sparky loves to bring us his toys to play. This week we brought Sparky to the lake house. He loves playing with his toys, playing chase and having his belly rubbed😂. He is an absolute joy 🤩. Hank has called to check on Sparky several times. Mama said she thinks they miss Sparky❤️ Our family highly recommend Hank and Amy (PistolPups).
