+8I couldn’t have asked for a better experience getting my puppy. Suzie has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. She kept me updated the whole time with weekly pictures and little updates every Friday as Kyle grew, which meant so much to me. She answered every single question I had, no matter how small or silly, and always made me feel comfortable asking anything. Her response time is incredibly fast, which made everything feel so easy and reassuring. When I brought Kyle home, she sent him with the cutest bag full of goodies and helpful printouts that made the transition so much easier. Kyle came with two sets of shots and was already microchipped, which gave me so much peace of mind. He also came already knowing his name and was pee pad trained, which made those first days at home so much easier. I really appreciate that Suzie keeps her puppies until 10 weeks. You can tell it makes a difference. Kyle adjusted so smoothly, he is very socialized and even sleeps in his bed all night. Even now, weeks later, Suzie still takes the time to answer my questions. She’s helped me learn how to properly care for his coat and even shared links to the brushes she personally uses. You can truly tell she cares about her puppies and the families they go to. I’m so thankful I found her ❤️
