After buyers complete the application and screening process, Heidi partners with them to find the best puppy match.

DNA Disease Panel, Pug Dog Encephalitis (PDE)
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

+4We had the BEST experience with Heidi with PNW Pugs! The process was crazy fast and so easy! Our family had decided that day that we were ready to start our search for our newest addition. We came across Heidi and her new litter and immediately messaged her about one of the boys. She responded THAT DAY! We exchanged a few messages and then decided to put our deposit down. That easy! We live a few hours away from Heidi, so we didn't end up seeing our boy until pickup. Heidi agreed to drive to us for drop off! We were so grateful! We met up with her and she gave us everything we needed to get started and was so knowledgeable and kind.
