I'm Rachel M., the breeder behind Polly Pockets Imperial Shih Tzu’s located in Tenmile, OR. We love our Shih Tzus aka fierce little lions. We raise all of our litters from day 1 in our home from the day they are born until they go home. We always welcome our babies to come back. We never want them in a shelter after all we brought them into this world so they are our responsibility.
Q. & A. with Rachel
Why did you start breeding?
My mom raised dogs when I was little and I loved helping her. Now i enjoy our sons helping us and love seeing how happy families are when they get their puppies.
What makes your program special?
We put extra extra time into our puppies and dogs to make sure they are the perfect companions for their new family. Every puppy has its own needs and personality. We take the time to get to know that. Whether they need to stay here longer or go to a special home.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include liver, liver and white, red and white, black gold and white, and black and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
