I'm Janet C., the breeder behind Pom Island Poms located in Brooklyn, MI. Small home breeder who specializes in Parti Pomeranians. We have only a few litters per year. Our pups are raised under foot, in our home. We work hard to produce healthy, well-rounded Pomeranian puppies that will make others as happy as our dogs have made us!
Q. & A. with Janet
Why did you start breeding?
I did dog rescue for a very long time, and wanted to be able to enjoy having puppies under foot.
What makes your program special?
We have worked on our program for quite a long time. We strive to raise well adjusted social pomeranian pups who fit the breed standard. We occasionally get a pup that's on the tiny side, but prefer them more sturdy. Health and temperament are the first objective.
What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include red, cream, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
