I'm Connie P., the breeder behind Prairie Dale Corgis located in Franktown, CO. Our breedings are carefully thought out so we are able to match pedigrees, body types, temperaments, and personalities in order to share only well-bred puppies.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I've had corgis for over 20 years and, when my children grew up and were on their own, I found myself feeling unfulfilled. Many of my friends and family members expressed an interested in having a corgi so I decided to breed a litter or two. I was hooked! Nothing makes me feel better than seeing how much joy and happiness my puppies bring to their new owners!!!

  • What makes your program special?

    My dogs are all genetically tested and are not at risk of getting any of the main corgi diseases. They all come with a health guarantee. I breed for temperament and healthy minds and bodies. My dogs and puppies are extremely well cared for and pampered. I am always available for any questions or concerns from the new owners before and after they take their new family member home.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include red, sable, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and guardian homes.

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,500 - $4,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price of your puppy includes AKC registration, genetic testing, health guarantee, first round of puppy shots, current deworming and a complete examination by a veterinarian. My puppies range in price depending on whether they are smooth coated or full fluffy and whether limited or full registration. $100 gets you on the Paid Waiting List, $500 holds a specific puppy.”

Connie may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
