I'm Rick P., the breeder behind PrairieRose Gundogs - Premium Field Bred Spaniels located in Louisville, KY. We offer world class, field trial tested, Premium Field Bred English Springer Spaniels and English Cocker Spaniels out of National Champion lines. This is top of the line sporting dog genetics. I judge spaniels nationally in field trials and use my eye for dogs to continuously improve the breed.

Why did you start breeding?
As a lifetime hunter, angler and lifetime lover of dogs, I decided to establish PrarieRose Gundogs to raise the best English Springer Spaniels and English Cocker Spaniels in the world to help people like me in the field as well as families looking for a loving companion.What makes your program special?
As a member of the English Springer Spaniel Field Trial Association, PrairieRose Gundogs is dedicated to the improvement of our hunting and Field Trial English Springer Spaniels & English Cocker Spaniels. Price
"Health Tested by parentage. The deposit is for your puppy/dog. You will have two weeks from the date we let you know they are ready to go, to pick your puppy up. Balance is due in cash when you pick your puppy/dog up."

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
