    A consistent love for the Rough Collie breed encouraged the beginning of Prime Star Collies. We are devoted to ensuring there are happy and healthy Rough Collies for people to enjoy and do so by responsibly growing this incredible breed. We pride ourselves on helping all of our adopting families find the right fit for their needs and lifestyle.

  • What makes your program special?

    Our program is special because of our dogs. All of our Collies are bred, raised, and loved to produce happy, healthy pets who are great companions for individuals and families alike. We are passionate about what we do and want nothing more than to see our Collies thrive with their new forever families. It would be our pleasure to introduce your family to your next Rough Collie puppy!

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies are blue merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Claudia

Claudia has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Claudia partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $250 non-refundable deposit and $2,250 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Pedigree & AKC Registerable Champion Bloodline Collies Parents are clear and non-carriers of Multidrug Drug Resistance Protein-1 (MDR1), Collie Eye Analomy (CEA), Collie Cyclic Neutropenia (CN), and Degenerative Myelopathy (DM). The initial deposit will be applied to the total cost of the puppy.”

Contract & health guarantee

Claudia may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
