I'm Lisa Y., the breeder behind Prims Puppies LLC located in Fairview, WV. Our adult Yorkies are screened for genetic health issues and fed only the best nutrition. Our puppies are handled by family from day one and exposed to multiple sounds and situations. We use the iCalm pet puppy program to help social skills and ensure the best possible puppy. Why did you start breeding?
We purchased our first yorkie, PrimRose several years ago and fell in love instantly with the breed. After 20 years of only owning large dogs she was our first tiny tail and we finally found what our home had been missing for so many years. Each of our yorkies bring a different level of joy to us and we decided we wanted to start sharing this joy with others and start our own breeding program.What makes your program special?
Our yorkies are a part of our daily lives. They sleep in baby beds and bassinets. They are dressed and pampered every day. We have full health and genetic testing on each of our breeders and only feed top quality food. We want to bring the joy of the Yorkie to others the way we have experienced it and strive to give each puppy the same start in life and each of our adults have.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include liver, chocolate, tan and white, parti, black and tan, and black and gold. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.

"Price includes health guarantee, registration papers, first round of vaccinations, deworming, 1st vet appt, early puppy socialization, a full puppy care package with everything you need for your pup. Deposits are applied to total sale price and help cover the cost of advertising if buyer was to change mind. Please be aware of the time and cost of caring for each puppy for additional time."

Gracie Rose is so gentle natured. She has a super delicate petite frame. She is truly one of our most sweet, tender, loving Yorkies. She has the kindest eyes that just melt your heart. When she curls up in your lap her small 4 1/2 to 5 pounds feels almost like nothing. She loves to be dressed. She’ll follow you around and keep going to her closet. If you have not put new clothes on her each day, it is the cutest thing. Gracie has clear, genetic testing and only receives the best nutrition and veterinarian care to ensure that she is going to have super healthy puppies. You will not want to miss your opportunity to get one of her babies. They are sure to be the most adorable Yorkies with tiny petite little frames.

Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
Eye Examination (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Full Embark Panel, DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

Not only did she send pictures once a week she FaceTime to me once a week she made sure Poppie knew who I was before I even met Poppie. Lisa has been so wonderful to work with the entire process! I was looking for an affectionate well socialized Yorkie. Sebastian is when more than that! He is amazing! It took him no time to settle in and be part of the family. You can tell that he has been well loved and trained. He responds immediately to the cue words Lisa shared and he is exactly as she described! I looked at breeders all over the country and and happy I found her! She was wonderful to work with regarding transporting him as well. If you are ready for your new best friend do not hesitate to adopt from Lisa's program!!! If you hurry you may even be lucky enough to get one of Sebastian's last puppies!
