  • Why did you start breeding?

    Began learning reproductive science as a child with my AKC Pekingese pet. As an adult, I bred AKC West Highland Terriers from 1976-1980s as avocation, when I retired 1990 to 2015 I bred Champion Pedigrees Pekingese. I got AKC Pug pets in 2018 and they became my breed of choice. In 2019 I decided to start Pug Place Phoenix and began breeding my pet AKC Pugs continuing that endeavor until today.
  • What makes your program special?

    Adoptors can see and monitor puppy development daily via photos and videos from birth to 8 weeks old via Facebook page Pug Place Phoenix.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include black and fawn. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Yolanda

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,500 - $3,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
