Meet the breeder

I'm Ashley P., the breeder behind Quartz Creek Aussies located in Cody, WY. Here at Quartz Creek Aussies none of our dogs live in kennels, they are raised in our home as part of our family. All of our puppies are handled daily, socialized, and grow up in our home and are given the very best care and best quality food! We take great pride in our dogs.

Q. & A. with Ashley

  • Why did you start breeding?

I got my first Australian Shepherd in 2015 and instantly fell in love with the breed. After pursuing some college in genetics and animal science I found a new passion within the Australian Shepherds. I first got into breeding in 2021 but had to put it on pause after having our daughter and took time to be with family but now we are full swing into the breeding and showing world!
  • What makes your program special?

How we raise our puppies, to me it is super important to raise puppies around children and raise them in your home. Our puppies complete ESI/ESN and get to experience your everyday household activities/scents.
  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include red & white, black & white, blue merle, black tri, red tri, red merle, red, and black. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
