It was an absolute pleasure connecting with Ragan and finding my boy, Mo! Especially since this being my first experience, ever, on this type of platform looking for dogs, as I've only ever been a dog rescuer of any previous dogs I've own. Her immediate response, constant updates and communication (with vids and pics) before and after payment (thank you, Klarna option and Ragan, that you offer this type of payment, bc I might not have been able to afford all at once without it), leading up to pick-up, built a lasting impression to me for not only her, but for her knowledge, love, and care she clearly gives to these sweet babies before they go to their forever homes!
