I'm Heather P., the breeder behind Rainbow Bliss Yorkies located in Knoxville, TN. I am a home-based Yorkie breeder with 4 years of experience. My dogs are never kenneled and are raised as part of my family in a home designed around their comfort. I work closely with my vet to ensure my dogs and puppies receive excellent care. My focus is on health, temperament, and socialization.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    As my kids got older and the house grew quieter, empty nest syndrome set in. What started as one little dog for companionship quickly turned into three, and before I knew it, I was completely in love — not just with the dogs, but with everything about raising and caring for them. That journey naturally grew into breeding my little angels, sharing the same joy with other families.

  • What makes your program special?

    My babies aren’t housed in kennels — they live in my home, on my schedule, with daily interaction. This means my puppies are exposed to real life from day one: sounds, routines, people, and love. That creates calmer, more confident puppies.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include liver, chocolate, tan and white, parti, tan, and black and gold. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
