I'm Chari M., the breeder behind RCM Great Danes located in Turon, KS. We love this breed and the experience of having litters! Our mission is to raise pups that are set to become the best companions. We have developed several protocols to ensure the health and well-being of all of our dogs. It’s our top priority to make sure each of our puppy families welcomes a happy and healthy new family member into their homes!

  • Why did you start breeding?

    We have always loved the breed and wanted to share our love of the breed with others. Each year we get better and do better with the litters, learning new ways to help them be better adapted to their transition to your home.

  • What makes your program special?

    Our puppies begin life in a dedicated whelping room, often sleeping nearby for safety and well-being during the critical weeks. Four weeks, puppies begin spending in our living space, interacting with us and our other Danes. This helps build confidence and supports healthy socialization. Five and six weeks, transition fully into our home. Puppies access outdoor space to adjust to new sights and sounds. Our goal is to raise confident, healthy, and well-adjusted puppies, ready to thrive in their forever homes.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include brindle, harlequin, and merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Chari

Chari has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Chari partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Puppy prices include a $400 non-refundable deposit and between $1,100 - $3,100 final payment, before taxes & fees.

  • Hip Dysplasia

    Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

  • DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

    The whole process of adopting our Great Dane puppy was smooth and stress-free. They kept us updated every step of the way, sent pics and videos of his life, with regular communication and all the info we needed. I knew my other dog was lonely as his brother passed away 2 months ago. Now, the two of them play all day and seem to be best friends even though it’s been just a few days.     Chari is an absolute gem! From the first video chat, through daily updates, to the meet up, she was wonderful to work with. You can sense the level of care and love they give to every puppy!     We had a wonderful experience getting our Great Dane puppy from Chari. She was amazing to work with — quick to answer all of our questions and very professional. She provided all of the paperwork promptly and sent daily updates about our puppy, sometimes multiple times a day. She was incredibly kind and even brought the puppy to us, which meant so much. Her communication was excellent, and the videos and pictures she shared were absolutely adorable. Chari also sent our puppy home with a stuffed toy that all the puppies had laid on and a blanket that mom had used. This was so thoughtful and really helped with his transition. She also included food, paper towels, wet dog food, and potty bags, which showed how much she truly cares. It was truly a pleasure receiving a puppy from her. You can tell she takes exceptional care of her puppies and genuinely loves each one.

    Chari was super nice and sweet, as well as very detailed about any information or questions about their dogs. They truly have a passion and seem to care so much about their work. We plan to stay in touch and send updates pictures and the new life of our puppy in their new happy home.
