Meet the breeder

I'm Sheena, the breeder behind Red Barn Family Labs located in Carmichael, CA. Welcome to the Barn! Red Barn Family Labs loves to responsibly raise and train Labrador Retrievers so they have the tools to be well-rounded, beloved family members. We treasure each puppy in our program and give them all the attention and care that we possibly can. We work hard so our puppies can leave our home with confidence, ready to take on the world with their new family!

Q. & A. with Sheena

  • What makes your program special?

We are very hands on with all of our litters. From the time they are born we handle them daily and prepare them to take on the world in their new homes. They are exposed to textures, sounds, touches, and begin potty training at three weeks old to make their transition a lot easier. We develop a relationship with all of our adopters that continues for years down the line.
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies include black, chocolate, and yellow. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.
