I'm Frankie S., the breeder behind Relative Stables located in Connecticut. All of our dogs are loved as family members. We cherish our puppies from birth up until they leave our arms to snuggle into yours! We just adore Cocker Spaniels and can't wait to share our love for them with you! We are passionate breeders and are dedicated to maintaining responsible breeding practices. We do all that we can to make sure our pups get the best care and go to the best homes!

Getting a puppy from Frankie
Frankie has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
“Price is $1,500. Payment for the puppy will need to be made before you can take the puppy home. When the puppies are born, I will be taking a $200 deposits to reserve your puppy, The puppies will be getting their vaccinations and dewormers before they are sent to their new homes, and I do have a contract that says if you are no longer able for any reason to care for the puppy at whatever stage of life they might be in, we will take the puppy back, but the payment is non refundable.”

This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. About Phoebe
Phoebe is a female Cocker Spaniel about 8 years old. Carefully selected as a great representative of her breed, Frankie decided to make her part of their program. Frankie has passed Good Dog’s screening process, which involved a review of their breeding practices, environment, and the mental and physical health of their dogs.
Parent health testing
Excellent level

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Cardiac Evaluation (rDVM, not registered with OFA)
Heart testing reduces the chance of passing down congenital heart disease, which can cause a range of symptoms ranging from trouble exercising to heart failure.
DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
