I'm Lorie S., the breeder behind Remington Kennels, LLC located in Lookout, CA. From the moment our pups are born, they’re handled on purpose, with a purpose. Our little “LollyPop’s Farm” is in the mountains of far northeast California. Growing our little farm and breeding program, producing quality pups: well rounded, responsibly bred pups to love forever.

Why did you start breeding?
As a service dog handler, knowing the costs involved in obtaining and training a dog, I decided to start a breeding program with the goal of eventually breeding, training and donating service dogs. I donate every litter but until October 2022, I hadn’t the knowledge to train. I am still learning and each and every pup gets me closer to my goal of training and donating service dogs. I do offer basic training packages now, and hope to train service dogs for others one day soon… with enough practice, work and dedication.What makes your program special?
I breed for intelligence and the temperament of the dog. I breed for trainability because I know a wild untrainable dog is a horrible experience. My goal is to provide a quality pup for you to love you forever and to love you for his or her life. My pups are raised in my home and I love what I do! Our puppies are using a potty tray by 4 weeks. They go home almost completely house trained. We do offer basic training packages to help with the stress and work of owning a new puppy. Our Aussiedoodle puppies are mini size. Bernedoodle puppies are standard size. Double Doodle puppies are standard size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Aussiedoodle puppies include apricot, blue merle, red merle, black tri-color, and red tri-color. Bernedoodle puppies include brown and white, black and white, tri-color, phantom, blue merle, and merle. Double Doodle puppies include cream, brindle, brown, chocolate, apricot, yellow, parti, and black. Saint Berdoodle puppies include merle, white and red, brindle and white, rust and white, orange and white, mahogany and white, white and brown, and brown and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Hip Dysplasia
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
Elbow Dysplasia Finals (OFA, BVA, SV, FCI)
Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.

+4Lorie was absolutely incredible throughout this entire process. My family and I were in the middle of a PCS from Japan to Washington, and she showed an unbelievable amount of patience, flexibility, and care while helping us bring Zuzu home. She kept us updated every step of the way on how he was doing and even went above and beyond by personally transporting him to us, making a 10-hour drive for the handoff. That level of dedication truly meant a lot to our family. Zuzu has been an amazing addition to our family. He’s incredibly gentle and patient with our baby, which has meant the world to us as new parents. The funny part is he only really shows his wild puppy side when he’s outside running around, otherwise he’s calm and sweet in the house. If we decide to get a companion for Zuzu at the end of the year, there’s no question, we’ll be going with Remington Kennels again.

Buying a puppy online can be stressful, especially after running into scammers, so I was very cautious during my search. I’m so glad I found Lorie. From the beginning, she was transparent, patient, and willing to provide all the information I asked for. She FaceTimed me so I could meet my puppy since I’m not local, and she consistently sent updates with pictures, videos, and vet appointments while he was growing. Being able to pay the remainder of my deposit only after seeing my puppy at pick up time was very important to me, and Lorie completely understood and respected that. When I went to pick him up, I was able to see her home, how well the puppies were cared for, and the rest of the litter. My puppy came home healthy, chubby (clearly well-fed 😅), happy, and very playful. He was also sent home with an amazing Christmas go-home bag that included two leashes and collars (puppy size and adult size), snacks, lots of toys, a mommy blanket, vet paperwork, and microchip registration. You can truly tell how much care and love Lorie puts into her puppies. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a safe and positive experience buying a puppy online. 🐾
