I'm Sharon M., the breeder behind Rightous Way Kennel located in Palmetto Bay, FL. We do our best to socialize and acclimate each litter so we’re able to offer all-around healthy and well-mannered puppies! The loyalty and loving disposition of this breed are simply the best! We put a great deal of effort into raising our litters to ensure our puppy families will have the best experience raising their new family members.

Our puppies include miniature and standard sizes. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.
Getting a puppy from Sharon
Sharon has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.
After buyers complete the application and screening process, Sharon partners with them to find the best puppy match.
“Puppies are matched on a first-deposit, first-served basis. Families may choose their preferred puppy based on availability. I'm happy to provide photos, videos, and updates to help each family find the perfect companion. My goal is to place every puppy in a safe, loving forever home.”

About Benji
Dad is a loving, affectionate long-haired Black & Tan Dachshund with an amazing temperament. He loves to cuddle, play, and run around, but he's also happiest curled up next to you for a nap. He's very energetic, friendly, and always seems to know when someone is having a bad day. His sweet personality and loyalty make him an incredible companion, and he brings so much joy to everyone around him.

Rightous Way Kennel reports to performing the health tests below on their breeding dogs. Ask your breeder about the tests performed on the parents of your litter. Learn more about health testing for Dachshunds.
Eye Certification (CAER, registered with OFA)
Eye testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide range of hereditary eye illnesses including retinal dysplasia, lens luxation, and glaucoma, which can cause impared vision or blindness.
Patellar Luxation
Knee testing reduces the chance of passing down Patellar Luxation, which results in the kneecap becoming displaced or dislocated and can cause mild to severe joint pain.
Vet Wellness Exam
A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.
DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
