I'm Michelle P., the breeder behind Rising JM Pembrokes located in Stephenville, TX. I have always loved the Pembroke Welsh Corgis and was fortunate to begin my program in 2007. Since the beginning our focus was on nice quality per breed standard pups with excellent temperament and conformation. We have added a MAS to our program. NOTE-WE DO NOT CROSS BREED ANYTHING. :).

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our Pembroke Welsh Corgi puppies include fawn, red, sable, and black and tan. Miniature American Shepherd puppies include red tri-color, black tri, red merle, and blue merle. Toy Australian Shepherd puppies include black tri, blue merle, red merle, and red tri. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Getting a puppy from Michelle

Michelle has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Michelle partners with them to find the best puppy match.

Price

Puppy prices include a $250 non-refundable deposit and between $750 - $3,750 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes the health guarantee, AKC registration application, first vaccinations and well check by my Vet at 6 weeks of age, up to date in deworming. Deposits are non refundable. We apply toward final purchase price.”

  • PRA, Cone-Rod Dystrophy 1 (PRA-crd1), Degenerative Myelopathy (DM; SOD1A), Exercise Induced Collapse (EIC), von Willebrand Disease I (vWD I)

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
