I'm Carol D., the breeder behind RisingStar Miniature Pinschers located in Wilbur, WA. Our Minpins are healthy and happy, with temperament being top priority. They are socialized with other dogs and people. We have had multiple Top 20 dogs, and Hall of fame producing Males and Females.

What makes your program special?
My dogs are personally raised in my house. They get lots of love and attention and premium dog food. I am a proud Breeder/Owner/Handler and I love showing my own dogs.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies include stag red, red, and black and rust. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?

Getting a puppy from Carol
Carol has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,000 - $1,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.
“The price of the puppy includes AKC registration application, first puppy shots and dewormings, and Puppy socialization, And Microchip. The deposit is a safeguard for you and me. I request the deposit when you choose to buy a puppy, then that puppy is yours and it won’t be sold to anyone else. Then at day of pick up, you only have to pay the balance of the purchase price, and take it home with you. Puppies come with AKC registration papers and a microchip. Plus food for a week.”
Contract & health guarantee
Carol may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. +8Good dog is such a cool website on not only how to not only connect with the breeder before your baby is born but also to Be able to make sure it is a perfect match. Our breeder was very communicative And it showed how much she cared about her pups. Everything went so smoothly! We recently Lost our miniature Pincher On thanksgiving a couple years ago and it just hasn't been the same. Our new family member has definitely help fill that void. He is healthy, Happy, and exactly what we wanted. The veterinarian said who over docked the tail did a fantastic Job. Thank you everyone involved who helped us make our wishes come true.

It was very clear to me that Carol was a life long MinPin owner and expert and her love for the breed made me feel amazingly comfortable in selecting one of her pups.
