Puppy prices include between $800 - $1,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

Hip Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)
Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.
DNA Disease Panel
Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).

The entire experience with Rivendell Border Collies was perfect. Ms Peden was always very prompt in replying to our messages and emails, and every question was answered professionally. When we arrived to pick up our puppy, it was obvious that we were dealing with a top notch breeder. She had all the paperwork together that explained our puppy’s vaccination records. The puppy was freshly washed, and she had a 5 pound bag of feed to send with us. We spent approximately 1 hour going over the best practices of taking care of our puppy as well as training methods. She also took care of the registration for us which helped save several dollars. She had two litters born near the same time so there were 18-20 puppies and 5-6 adult dogs. Even with that many dogs, Everything was clean and the facilities were very impressive. The most impressive thing about Ms. Peden was that she had obviously spent time with each puppy. Speaking of the puppy, ours is 12 weeks old now and everyone that comes around her talks about how smart she is and how good she looks. In other words, you can’t go wrong with Rivendell Border Collies.
