I'm Cindy L., the breeder behind Riverdox Dachshunds located in Utica, MI. My dogs are a huge part of my life, and are truly my friends and companions. I enjoy competing in AKC conformation dog shows and so does Rita! I do all I can to give my dogs & puppies the best lives. I have built my breeding program with care and intention to bring into this world beautiful dachshunds for myself and others to love. I am passionate about the health and well-being of this breed, and it is my goal to provide each puppy that comes from my program, a solid foundation of exceptional temperament, good health, development, and loving care.
Q. & A. with Cindy
Why did you start breeding?
I started breeding in the 90s. Back then I had Golden Retrievers and was active in showing and training them. I was very passionate about the breed, had quality dogs that I felt would contribute to our world! They in fact did, as the goldens I bred lived long healthy lives. One until 14 years of age. That is how I got into breeding.
