  • Why did you start breeding?

    I’ve been Grooming all breeds since 1994 and absolutely love the Shih Tzu personality! We have owned Shih Tzu’s for since 2005 and And 2005 can not imagine our life without our snuggling lap buddies as they offer so much love, enjoyment and excellent riding companions.

  • What makes your program special?

    Our puppies are rised in our living room with us and exposed to all sorts of distractions and sounds. They are held and loved from birth to the time they are with your family.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include liver and white and red and white. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Theresa

Theresa has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $1,300 - $2,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“The price includes guarantee of AKC Registration, first round of puppy vaccinations, deworming and health certificate. Your puppy will be well loved and socialized to chickens, and dogs all sizes and many different sounds, textures and surroundings. Your deposit will go towards your selected Puppy. If for some reason, you’re unable to continue with your Puppy payment, the deposit is nonrefundable and applied to the next Litter.”

Contract & health guarantee

Theresa may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
