    Our puppies include tricolor, lilac, chocolate and tan, cream and white, chocolate, black, liver, black and white, black gold and white, and brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

Getting a puppy from Jessica

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $700 - $1,600 final payment, before taxes & fees.

    Jessica was quick to respond when I first made inquiry. She immediately set up a FaceTime meet so I could see the puppies and we fell in love with Kobe. Jessica answered all our questions and was even able to send me video clips and pictures. Upon meet up, she explained everything I needed to know to take care of the puppy.     I had a wonderful experience with Jessica from start to finish. She is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about the well-being of her dogs.     I was looking for a playmate for Daisy. When I saw Lily’s pic on Jessica’s sight I fell in-love instantly. Throughout the process of adopting/purchasing Lily, Jessica was extremely helpful, patient, caring, knowledgeable. AND, she was honest - something that too many breeders fail to be. Our drive from Salt Lake City to California was hindered by an accident in the highway - causing a two hour delay. Jessica kindly offered to bring Lily to us at the motel. Along with potty pads, a doggie bed, and enough food for both Lily and Daisy! Lily was and is everything Jessica told us - and more so. Lily is a loving, sweet, intelligent, attentive little gal! It’s more than obvious she was raised with love and kindness + being nearly potty-trained at 8 weeks was a bonus!! Lily is joy to be with and beautiful to look at. My only regret is that we didn’t get AKC papers from Jessica as I believe this beautiful little puppy would be a winner in any dog show! If you’re looking for the perfect companion, a healthy puppy, one raised in a loving and positive environment, Jessica (RJ Shih Tzu) is definitely a breeder you can trust. Her puppies are worth both price and travel. And, from my experience, I found Jessica to be a wonderful person to work with from first contact and onwards. I enjoy sending Jessica pics as Lily grows, changes color - Shih Tzu’s often do - and reading her replies. We adore our Lily and are sure you will enjoy working with Jessica, as well as any puppy you may choose to buy from her and bring into your home!!!
