We could tell "Jessica from RJ Shih Tzu Lover Breeders " she genuinely cared for her puppies as family members. We felt we would receive a lot of on going support once we purchased one of her puppies. Jessica was willing to work with us as far as driving and picking up our puppy and getting the necessary shots etc. Jessica even gave us a bed, blanket and toy for our puppy.
