I'm Rita H., the breeder behind RJ's Aussie Posse located in Mount Vernon, TX. We’re proud of the healthy, affectionate, and behaviorally well-rounded puppies we raise for other families to love! We decided to take our love for this breed to the next level by breeding our incredible dogs. We hope our puppies bring lots of joy and love into the hearts of their new families!

Why did you start breeding?
I love dogs!What makes your program special?
I think what makes us special is the love and time we invest in our puppies. They are born in our whelping room in our house and after they open their eyes they are moved to the puppy area. We play with them daily and the grandkids make sure they love kids!Where do your breeding dogs live?

Getting a puppy from Rita
Rita has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $200 non-refundable deposit and between $700 - $900 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“This price includes first round of shots, worming and microchiped. The puppies have been around adults as well as children since day one. They have been intorduced to cats and small and large dogs. We live around cattle and horses also. Parants are registered ASDR and/or AKC and have clear panels through Paw Prints. The deposit will hold your pick until time for pick up.”

Rita may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase. Rita was amazing to work with to find a puppy we knew would fit perfectly in our lives. She was quick to reply when we put in an inquiry about Emma, so quick in fact, we were able to pick up our sweet furbaby that same day! She made sure she was bathed and even had a goodie bag for her! She provided us with all the important documents regarding her parents, vaccinations, flea and tick preventatives, and an even kinder gesture- a piggy toy for her, a bag of her favorite food, a collar for her and her littermate/mother’s blanket. Rita was also kind enough to show us her parents. Absolutely wonderful experience with Rita and if we are ever interested in bringing in another furry friend into our home, she would be who we’d go to first! Everything went great with Rita. I was able to decide on Jake from all the info on the website. (pictures, info on his parents, etc). We had fun when we went to pick him up. RIta showed us the pens for her business which are very nice I might add. Jake was raised in a good set up. We also got to see his parents so I have a good idea of his soon to be size. Jake is now growing like a weed! He is so healthy and loves to play.
