I'm Courtney R., the breeder behind Robinson's Dachshunds located in Sparks, MD. We bred for temperament, along with prioritizing sociability and health for our dogs and the puppies. We strive to ensure our puppies are all healthy and well cared for from conception until the day you take them home (and even beyond!).

    We fell in love with the breed and wanted to share that love! It’s been an incredibly rewarding and fulfilling journey.

  • What makes your program special?

    We strive to make sure all our puppies are healthy, social and a great all around companion for those who want them. We raise them to be good with kids, dogs, cats, people of all kinds, and are introduced to loud noises and new surroundings.

  • What are the different breed sizes in your program?

    Our puppies are miniature size. Sizes will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat types in your program?

    Our puppies have smooth coats. Coat types may vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include chocolate and tan and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Courtney

Courtney has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.

Price

Puppy prices include a $250 non-refundable deposit and between $1,000 - $1,750 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Price includes first vacancies, working, basic training, vet check and health guarantee. They are priced the same regardless of color or gender. They do come vet checked and all vaccines.”

Contract & health guarantee

Courtney may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.     Hip testing reduces the chance of passing down hip dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause hip pain and the eventual loss of the function of the hip joint.

  • Elbow Dysplasia (rDVM, not registered)

    Elbow testing reduces the chance of passing down elbow dysplasia, which is primarily found in large breed dogs and can cause arthritis in the elbow joint and front leg lameness.
