I'm Kristy E., the breeder behind Rocky Oak Cavaliers & Biewer Terriers LLC located in Oklahoma. We specialize in breeding high-quality Cavalier King Charles Spaniels and Biewer Terriers exclusively for loving pet homes. We also occasionally offer a hybrid Cavatzu (a Cavalier–Shih Tzu cross). Our program is centered on exceptional health, sound conformation, and outstanding temperament. With 18 years of breeding experience, we understand how crucial early development is in shaping a puppy’s long-term well-being. All of our puppies are raised with ENS (Early Neurological Stimulation) protocols and are cared for inside our home, where they receive attentive, individualized nurturing. Our goal is to provide families with happy, healthy companions who bring years of love and joy.

Why did you start breeding?
We began breeding 18 years ago after bringing home our first Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. We instantly fell in love with the breed and felt inspired to share this wonderful companion with others. Over the years, we also discovered the charming Biewer Terrier, another breed that captured our hearts. Today, we are thrilled to continue sharing these sweet, loving puppies with families who will cherish them as much as we do.What makes your program special?
We are proud to have seven generations of Cavaliers in our program, allowing us to closely follow and document health, temperament, and overall quality over many years. We are always happy to provide references upon request. The well-being of every mother, father, and puppy is our top priority. While we love producing puppies that are adorable and true to their breed standards, health always comes first. Our commitment is to raise strong, healthy companions who embody everything these breeds are meant to be.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppies include blenheim, ruby, tri-color, and black and tan. Biewer Terrier puppies include black tan and white, chocolate tan and white, and blue tan and white. Cavatzu puppies include silver and white, blenheim, black gold and silver, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home and a kennel on my property.

Getting a puppy from Kristy
Kristy has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.

Puppy prices include a $400 non-refundable deposit and between $1,400 - $3,600 final payment, before taxes & fees.
