Q. & A. with Jenny

  • Why did you start breeding?

Love Labradors and animals. Helped take care of puppies growing up and enjoyed it.
  • What makes your program special?

We take care of our pups like our own on our homestead. The Dam and Sire have such good personalities traits and conformation. What is unique is these pups have a great combination of good size, health, and traits. You get a good blocky head. Very good looking face and body. Not too big or small. Size 60-70lb. Have a look at the Dam and Sire. Raised with kids for great socialization too!
  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

Our puppies are yellow. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.
  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

There are many options to find breeders of labrador puppies online. We explored many of them and we couldn't be happier with our choice of Jenny at Rocky Ridges. She was always very responsive to our questions and gave great advice when it came time to choose our pup. On top of that her puppies are absolutely beautiful!! We have gotten many compliments on our new girl Elsa! For anyone looking for a great labrador pup I would highly recommend contacting Jenny at Rocky Ridges.

Jenny was very kind and helpful in helping choosing our puppy. A very nice home setting with puppy knowledge and experience. The puppies were all beautiful and healthy. We drove 1300 miles to get our puppy home and was well worth the trip.

Hello Jenny. We’re very grateful for the guidance you provided as we prepared to bring our new puppy “Odie” home. He’s been socialized really well even before we brought him home and is having a blast with our family of 5. We especially appreciated the tips and tricks you provided on sleep, feeding and most importantly going to the bathroom. He’s a beautiful and healthy dog and we thank you very much for everything.

Jenny and her husband called me back immediately (in comparison to other breeders who never returned my call) to share info about their puppies. We weren’t planning to get another pup until Spring of the next year, but learning they had 2 females left we got onboard. Today we question why we were hesitant to get another pup…Willa has the best temperament, wants to sleep in her crate, and we know she was well trained before we got her. She’s a sweetheart and we couldn’t be happier with the training structure Jenny has mastered through puppy training. Plus we love that her own dogs sleep with their kids. ++
