I'm Cindy H., the breeder behind Rocky Top Kennels located in Creston, CA. Our puppies are family-raised and live in our homes as members of the family! We work with 4-H kids and guardian homes. Each puppy is greatly loved by us! We ensure they are socialized, healthy, and prepared to excel in their forever homes. Our dogs are bred for those specifics, and we take pride in our breeding program.

Why did you start breeding?
We fell in love with the breed in 1983 and then decided it would be fine to do selective breeding. It has been an absolute joy of a journey, and we are so happy to be able to share these wonderful dogs with other loving families and individuals.What makes your program special?
Our commitment is to provide you with a professional and friendly puppy-buying experience, and that includes always having responsible practices when it comes to breeding, training, and rehoming our puppies.What are the different breed coat colors in your program?
Our puppies are blue merle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.Where do your breeding dogs live?
They live in my home.
Getting a puppy from Cindy
Cindy has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready to reach out, feel free to ask any questions about the breed, their program, or specific puppies.
Together, you’ll choose the puppy that’s right for you, stay in touch with regular updates, and plan how to bring your new puppy home.
Price
Puppy prices include a $1,000 refundable deposit and between $1,000 - $1,500 final payment, before taxes & fees.
Contract & health guarantee
Cindy may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.
