I'm Lisa Z., the breeder behind Roleez Yorkies located in Wilbraham, MA. At Roleez Yorkies, we specialize in beautifully bred, health-tested Yorkshire Terriers raised with love, intention, & exceptional care. Our Yorkies are nurtured in a loving home environment- thoughtfully placed w/ families who appreciate the personality and companionship of this extraordinary breed.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    My journey into Yorkshire Terrier breeding began with my love for the breed and a desire to make a difference in their health and well-being. Over time, that passion grew into a commitment to responsible breeding, raising happy and healthy puppies, and giving each one the love, care, and attention they deserve.

  • What makes your program special?

    What makes my breeding program special is the love and personal care behind every puppy. I focus on health, genetics, dental care, grooming, socialization, temperament, and manners. My Yorkies are raised as family, with plenty of affection, playtime, and individual attention to help them become happy, healthy companions.

  • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include parti, black and gold, and black and tan. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

  • Where do your breeding dogs live?

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Lisa

Lisa has been certified by Good Dog’s screening team for responsible and trusted breeding practices. When you’re ready, reach out to ask about the puppies or anything else on your mind. You’ll get to know each other through messaging, phone, or video and pay securely, all on Good Dog.

After buyers complete the application and screening process, Lisa partners with them to find the best puppy match.

“We take great care in placing each puppy with the right family. Puppies are matched once they're old enough for us to evaluate their temperaments and personalities - typically around 7-8 weeks”

Price

Puppy prices include a $500 non-refundable deposit and between $2,000 - $4,000 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Pups are individually priced based on gender, color, & pedigree. Breeding dogs are AKC/CKC registered w/ health & genetics being an important part of our program. Breeding rights are an added fee. A specific puppy deposit guarantee is a written agreement that holds a spot for a chosen puppy in a litter.”

Contract & health guarantee

Lisa may provide a written contract or health guarantee when you purchase a puppy. This helps protect both you and your breeder, ensuring that you both have a clear understanding of the terms of your puppy purchase.   • Vet Wellness Exam

    A breeder may perform additional tests on their dogs that do not fall into these general categories. These tests may be more uncommon or very specific to a particular breed.

  • DNA Profile, DNA Coat/Trait Panel, DNA Disease Panel

    Genetic testing reduces the chance of passing down a wide variety of hereditary diseases of differing prevalence and severity such as Progressive Retinal Atrophy (an eye disease) and Von Willebrand's Disease (a blood disease).
