I'm Robin R., the breeder behind Rollins Farms Shih Tzus located in Ada, OK. We are proud of our responsible breeding practices, which ensures that each puppy meets the breed standard. Our veterinarian examines and vaccinates each puppy according to medical standards. We provide puppies with early exposure to various stimuli, environments and people to foster positive behavioral development. We have carefully selected our sire and dam, considering their lineage, health, color, and temperament to enhance the breed, which in turn produces excellent pups.

  • Why did you start breeding?

    I have always had a love of dogs. My father brought home our first shih tzu, a little stray, when I was just 10 years old, and I was smitten. Since then, I have developed a passion for improving the breed and a desire to help people find their dream dog. I enjoy the dynamic nature of breeding and the ongoing learning process.

  • What makes your program special?

    At Rollins Farms, our dogs are our babies. They live in our home. They sleep in our bed. They nap on our laps. They eat our food (although they shouldn't.) They receive love, direction, affection and 'good dog' pets each and every day. Our dam and sire are vet checked on a regular basis. All puppies will be microchipped, vet checked, first shots and wormer given and are AKC registerable. We take time to find suitable homes for our puppies, ensuring potential owners are knowledgeable and prepared. We are dedicated to supporting our puppies and their families, even after they leave our care. As a responsible breeder, we require a non-refundable deposit and a puppy purchase contract.   • What are the different breed coat colors in your program?

    Our puppies include lilac, chocolate, liver, silver, liver and white, and brindle. Colors will vary depending on the parent dogs.

    They live in my home.

Getting a puppy from Robin

Puppy prices include a $400 non-refundable deposit and between $800 - $1,200 final payment, before taxes & fees.

“Pricing is $1200 for males and $1600 for females with limited AKC registration (pet only). Full AKC registration is an additional $400 fee. A non-refundable deposit of $400 is required and a puppy purchase contract. Please ask all questions prior to moving forward. Deposit will hold your baby until its ready to go home with you. Deposit is only refundable if the puppy becomes unavailable. Otherwise, deposit can only be transferred to another puppy.”
